1.Internatıonal “Alanya&Manavgat  Choir  Festival” will be arranged between 25-30 May  2026 in Alanya –  Antalya.
Htel check in time is 14.00 and leaving time is 11.00 a.m
 
Early check-in price is 15 Euro per person,includes food and bavarege service,not room.
Late  check-out  price is 15 Euro per person,includes food and bavarege service,not room.
 
2.There is not any limit for participant number. 
 
3.Participants can use CD or live music .
 
4.Participants will show their performance in place which is in accordance with the festival committee’s decision.
 
5.While festival,participants will prepare their performance , most 12 minutes longer.
 
6.Performance will showed in open area.
 
7. Festival language is English.
 
8. There will be  historical and touristy trips for participiants in free times. 
Furthermore, there will be ,aqupark and yacht trip tours (with extra payment)
 
9.The hotel which groups will accommodated in is very closed to seaside 
 
10.Participiant fee is   
 :5 nights 6 days  220 euro for per person (in triple room) 5 star hotel all inclusive including alcholic drinks.(Double room price is 49 Euro per day per person.) senza garden hotel
   
 :5 nights 6 days  230 euro for per person (In triple room) 5 star hotel allinclusive including alcohol drinks.( Double room price is 53 Euro per day per person .

Every 25 person, 1 person is free .(25 paying,1 free)
 
Triple rooms has 1 french bed and 1 single bed.We do not have  quadruple room.

11.Every type of travel , health insurance and other insurances are in groups owns.

12. Each group should bring flags of their countries with them.

13. There is no limit for the age of participants .

14. Airport transportations will be paid by the groups, yet festival committee can provide guidance for arrangements.

15. Participant groups need to send 5 different pictures , 1 video (which includes their performances) about their groups , to the e-mail below :

16. The deadline for application is 20.02.2026

17. All participant groups have to pay 2.000 Euro deposit from before 20 February 2026.

• Airport transfer fee is 40 Euro for 1 person (Round trip)
