INTERNATIONAL MAJORETTE FESTIVAL CONDITIONS

1.”Internatıonal Majorette Festival ” will be arranged between 20–25 October 2026 in Alanya / Antalya.
Hotel check in time is 14.00 and, check out time is 11.00 a.m.

Early check-in price is 15 Euro per person,includes food and bavarege service,not room
Late check-out price is 15 Euro per person,includes food and bavarege service,not room.

2.There is not any limit for participant number.

3.Participants can use CD or live music .

4.Participants will show their performance in place which is in accordance with the festival committee’s decision.

5.Festival commitee will take care of weather conditions.

6.While festival,participants will prepare their performance , most 15 minutes longer.

7.Performance will showed in open area.Performances will showed in areas which are 8 * 8 meter.

8.Festival committee will give a guide to all groups while festival.Festival language is English.

9. There will be historical and touristy trips for participiants in free times. Furthermore, there will be ,aqupark and yacht trip tours (with extra payment)

10.The hotel which groups will accommodated in is very closed to seaside.

11.Participiant fee is:

5 nights 6 days is 160 euro for per person (In triple room )4 star all inclusive hotel ,including alcohol drinks.( Double room price is 37 euro per day per person.) grandbahamabeachalanya.com

5 nights 6 days is 230 euro for per person (In triple room) 5 star all inclusive hotel , including alcohol drinks.( Double room price is 49 euro per day per person.) grandsantana.senzahotels.com

5 nights 6 days is 240 euro for per person (In triple room) 5 star all inclusive hotel including alcohol drinks. ( Double room price is 53 euro per day per person) theinn.senzahotels.com

Single room price is 95 euro.

Every 25 person, 1 person is free .(25 paying,1 free)

Triple rooms has 1 french bed and 1 single bed.We do not have quadruple room.

12.Every type of travel , health insurance and other insurances are in groups owns.

13. Each group should bring flags of their countries with them.

14. There is no limit for the age of participants .

15. Airport transportations will be paid by the groups, yet festival committee can provide guidance for arrangements. The transportation between festival place and hotel will be provided by the festival committee.

16. Participant groups need to send 5 different pictures , 1 video (which includes their performances) about their groups , to the e-mail below :

17. The deadline for application is 01.06.2026

18. All participant groups have to pay 2.000 Euro deposit from before 01 June 2026.
