13.INTERNATIONAL CAPPADOCIA DANCE AND MUSIC FESTIVAL CONDITIONS

1.”13. International Cappadocia Dance and Music Festival” will be arranged between 11 – 15 July 2026 in Cappadocia .
Check in time is 14.00 ‘,check out time is 11.00 a.m .

2.There is no limit for participiant number.

3. Participants can use CD or live music .

4.Participants will show their performance in place which is in accordance with the festival committee’s decision.

5.Festival commitee will take care of weather conditions.

6.While festival,participants will prepare their performance MOST 8 minutes longer.Groups have performances every day.Choir groups also have performans every day.They will prepare their performance.MAXIMUM 10 MINUTES LONGER.
7.Performance will showed in open area.Performances will showed in areas which are 9 * 10 meter.

8.Festival committee will give a guide to all groups while festival.Festival language is English.

9. There will be historical and touristy trips for participiants in free times.

10.Hotel accomodation is 216 euro HALF BOARD 4 star hotel. (4 Night -5 days)

11.Every type of travel , healt insurance and other insurances are in groups owns.

12. Each group should bring flags of their countries with them.

13.There is no age limits for performers .

14. For each person, commitee will give participant’s card.For groups management ,will give Diploma.

15. The groups can join the festival which have performances written below ;
* Folk Dance
* Modern Dance
* Music( Ethnic,Choir ,Folk)
* Traditional Children Street Games
* Rhytmic Gymnastics
* Dance Theatre

16. Participant groups need to send 5 different pictures , 1 video (which includes their performances) about their groups .

17. The deadline for application is 01.03.2026

18. All participiant groups have to pay 2.000 Euro for deposite from before 01 March 2026.
