INTERNATIONAL MARMARİS FOLK DANCE MUSIC FESTIVAL CONDITIONS

1.Internatıonal “Marmaris Folk Dance Music Festival” will be arranged between 18-22 June  2026 in Marmaris – Muğla Türkiye.

Hotel check in time is 14.00 and leaving time is 11.00 a.m

 2.There is not any limit for participant number.

3.Participants can use CD or live music .

4.Participants will show their performance in place which is in accordance with the festival committee’s decision.

5.While festival,participants will prepare their performance , most 8 minutes longer.

6.Performance will showed in open area.Performances will showed in  areas which are 10 * 9 meter.

7.Festival language is English.

8.There will be historical and touristy trips for participiants in free times.

Furthermore, there will be ,aqupark and yacht trip tours (with extra payment)

9.The hotel which groups will accommodated in is very closed to seaside.

10.Participiant fee is:

Hotel Pineta Club  all inclusive including alcohol drinks: 4 nights 5 days 240 euro for per person (in triple room)( Double room price is 66 euro per day per person)

Hotel Pineta Park Deluxe  all inclusive including alcohol drinks :              4 nights 5 days is 260 euro for per person (in triple room) non alcohol drinks.( Double room price is 71 Euro per day per person.)

5 star all inclusive Pasha Hotels :   4 nights 5 days is 290 euro for per person (In triple room) (Double room price is 78 Euro per day per person)

Every 25 person, 1 person is free .(25 paying,1 free)

Triple rooms has 1 french bed and 1 single bed.We do not have quadruple room.

11.Every type of travel , health insurance and other insurances are in groups owns. 

12.Each group should bring flags of their countries with them.

13.There is no limit for the age of participants .

14.The groups can join the festival which have performances written below ;

* Folk Dance

*Modern Dance

* Music

* Rhytmic Gymnastics

*Majorette Groups

* Dance Theatre

15.Airport transportations will be paid by the groups, yet festival committee can provide guidance for arrangements.

16.Participant groups need to send 5 different pictures , 1 video (which includes their performances) about their groups , to the e-mail below :

17.The deadline for application is 02.2026

18.All participant groups have to pay 2.000 Euro deposit from before 20 February 2026.
