INTERNATIONAL BODRUM FOLK DANCE MUSIC FESTIVAL CONDITIONS

1.Internatıonal “Bodrum Folk Dance Music Festival” will be arranged between 24-28 June 2026 in Bodrum– Muğla Türkiye.
Hotel check in time is 14.00 and leaving time is 11.00 a.m

2.There is not any limit for participant number.

3.Participants can use CD or live music .

4.Participants will show their performance in place which is in accordance with the festival committee’s decision.

5.While festival,participants will prepare their performance , most 8 minutes longer.

6.Performance will showed in open area.Performances will showed in areas which are 10 * 9 meter.

7.Festival language is English.

8. There will be historical and touristy trips for participiants in free times.
Furthermore, there will be ,aqupark and yacht trip tours (with extra payment)

9.The hotel which groups will accommodated in is very closed to seaside.

10.Participiant fee is:

4 star hotel full pension:4 nights 5 days 200 euro for per person (in triple room) Double room price is 56 euro per day per person.Non alcoholic drinks.

5 star full pension :4 nights 5 days is 233 euro for per person (In triple room) Double room price is 63 Euro per day per person.Non alcholic drinks.

5 star all inclusive :4 nights 5 days is 250 euro for per person (in triple room) Double room price is 70 Euro per day per person.

Triple rooms has 1 french bed and 1 single bed.We do not have quadruple room.
