1.Internatıonal “Side Folk Dance Music Festival” will be arranged between 02 – 08 October 2025 in Side-Manavgat / Antalya.
Hotel check in time is 14.00 and, check out time is 11.00 a.m.
Early check-in price is 15 Euro per person,includes food and bavarege service,not room
Late check-out price is 15 Euro per person,includes food and bavarege service,not room.
2.There is not any limit for participant number.
3.Participants can use CD or live music .
4.Participants will show their performance in place which is in accordance with the festival committee’s decision.
5.Festival commitee will take care of weather conditions.
6.While festival,participants will prepare their performance ,3 – 6 and at most 10 minutes longer.
7.Performance will showed in open area.Performances will showed in areas which are 10 * 8 meter.
8.Festival committee will give a guide to all groups while festival.Festival language is English.
9. There will be historical and touristy trips for participiants in free times.
Furthermore, there will be ,aqupark and yacht trip tours (with extra payment)
10.The hotel which groups will accommodated in is very closed to seaside.
5 Star Hotel. Hotel has ALL INCLUSIVE system. (Includıng alcohol drinks.)
11.Participiant fee is 4 nights 5 days is 156 euro for per person (In triple room). Extra accommodation fee is 39 euros per day per person .
Double room price is 44 euro per person per day,single room price is 78 euro per day.
Payments will be made in cash at check-in.
Every 25 person, 1 person is free .(25 paying,1 free)
Triple rooms has 1 french bed and 1 single bed.We do not have standart quadruple room.(Single,double and triple room)
Quadruple Family room (dublex) price is 43 euro per person per day.
12.Every type of travel , health insurance and other insurances are in groups owns.
13. Each group should bring flags of their countries with them.
14. There is no limit for the age of participants .
15. Airport transportations will be paid by the groups, yet festival committee can provide guidance for arrangements. The transportation between festival place and hotel will be provided by the festival committee.
16. The groups can join the festival which have performances written below ;
* Folk Dance
* Modern Dance
* Music
* Rhytmic Gymnastics
* Dance Theatre
17. Participant groups need to send 5 different pictures , 1 video (which includes their performances) about their groups , to the e-mail below :
18. The deadline for application is 01.05.2025
19. All participant groups have to pay 1.000 Euro deposit from before 01 May 2025.
• Airport transfer fee is 35 Euro for 1 person(for round trip)
• Yacht Tour price is 12 Euro for 1 person
